It depends on the specific type of information that you require. Our Get Started section features an article explaining the main RFID standards (see A Summary of RFID Standards). You'll also find many other standards-related articles that we've published here.

If you need more detailed information, I would suggest visiting AutoID.org, which is maintained by RFID expert Craig Harmon. You could also purchase the technical specifications for each RFID standard from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)—click on Products and search the site's catalog for RFID.
