Can Passive UHF Tags Operate Via the Bluetooth Protocol?
Are there any passive UHF radio frequency identification tags that can work with Bluetooth technology, or is it impossible?
Ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) tags operate on proprietary and standardized air interface protocols. There are no tags that currently communicate via the Bluetooth protocol—though there are, of course, handheld UHF interrogators that can read tags and transmit data to a host system via Bluetooth.
