Are Publicly Traded RFID Company Lists Available?

Posted By RFID Journal, 08.21.2009
Where might I find information about firms dealing in radio frequency identification technologies that are traded on public stock markets?

Why, at RFID Journal, of course—where else? We publish a list of publicly traded companies on our site.

The list is broken down by category. Note, however, that for large companies that maintain an RFID business, such as Texas Instruments, revenue from RFID-related products usually represents only a small fraction of total revenue. So for such companies, stock performance will be influenced more by other lines of business than they will by radio frequency identification.
