Do Passive RFID Tags and Inlays Have Specific Labelling Requirements Across the Globe?

Saritha,

There are no global labeling requirements for passive RFID tags. If you are using GS1's Electronic Product Code (EPC) standards, then you should follow the GS1 guidelines for indicating a consumer product is tagged with an EPC-compliant RFID tag. The guidelines can be found here: www.gs1.org/guidelines-epc.
