What Commercially Available RFID Tag Has the Largest Memory Capacity?
Is there a specific company I should contact?
Fujitsu makes a passive ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) tag containing 64 KB of memory, which is the largest on the market. Several other companies, such as MAINtag, Marubeni Chemix, Tego and Xerafy, offer tags with 8 KB to 32 KB of memory.
