Yes. Microelectronics Technology Inc. (MTI) offers its Mini Me passive UHF RFID reader, which can be plugged into the audio port of many Android phones. And U Grok It makes a larger RFID reader and antenna that connects to Android and iOS phones, which has a read range of 6 to 10 feet.
