Is There Any Legal Recourse If You Find a Tag in Your Arm?
Who should you contact in such a situation, and what can be done about it?
I would suggest you alert the police. I am not a lawyer, but it seems to me that if someone has drugged you and inserted an RFID transponder into your arm without your permission, then that would be considered a form of assault. But keep in mind that it is highly unlikely anyone has done that. An RFID transponder has a read distance of only about a foot, so if anyone wanted to use the transponder to track you, he or she would then have to follow you around with a reader, standing only a foot away from your arm at any given time. That is not very practical, obviously, and I have never heard of even a single confirmed case of anyone being implanted with an RFID transponder against his or her will.
