Can I Purchase a 5-Inch Tablet With RFID, GPS and Wi-Fi Capabilities?

If so, who manufactures such a device?

Microelectronics Technology Inc. (MTI) makes a small RFID reader that plugs into an Android mobile phone or tablet. Therefore, I reached out to Darryn Prince, MTI's RFID business unit head, to find out which 5-inch tablets support the company's Mini Me reader. Darryn recommends the Samsung Galaxy Note II (a 5-inch phablet) or the Note3.

You can view a video demonstrating Mine Me being used on the Samsung Galaxy Note II for the very first time here.
