Which RFID Chip Suppliers Use FRAM Instead of EEPROM?

I know about Ramtron and Fujitsu, but are there others?

These are the only two companies of which I am aware that utilize ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) rather than electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM). If any of our readers know of other RFID chip manufacturers offering FRAM chips, they are invited to post information below.
