Is BodyCan From Microchip a Viable Solution for Waste Collection Via RFID?
Please advise whether this is a product we should implement. Thanks.
I have never heard of a product called BodyCan and can find no mention of it online, and I am unsure what company Microchip is. However, there are many products suitable for waste collection.
Xtreme RFID produces the Xtracker tag and the Rivet Jr., which can be applied to waste containers. William Frick & Co. offers a variety of durable tags that can be mounted on metal or plastic containers. And Omni-ID, Xerafy and other companies also manufacture ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) transponders that would work for waste collection.
