Can an RFID Tag Be Put Into a Microwave Oven?

Is it possible to do this?

Yes, it is possible. You can simply open the oven door and place the tag inside. After you close the door, you will probably be able to read the tag. If, however, you turn the microwave oven on, then you will fry the tag (and probably the oven as well), and it will no longer work.
