I am not sure I understand your question. Are you asking what the best RFID system is to use when developing new applications? If so, there are companies that have software development kits for their readers, but I would suggest you evaluate hardware based on the application requirements, and not ease of integration with the application or ease of program. If you find a reader with an easy-to-use set of application program interfaces (APIs) and you design your software to work with that reader, your application will fail disastrously if, say, the reader has a read range of 3 feet and the application requires that tags be read from a distance of 15 feet.
