I would like to intercept traffic between an RFID tag and an RFID reader, in the same way Wireshark looks at network traffic. The software is not the problem—it is the capturing of the actual signals. I need something thin and flexible that would be able to be utilized between the label and the reader. It could be active or passive, but it must fit in an approximately 3-millimeter gap where the contour is changeable. I am getting read-write discrepancies and need to look at the actual traffic going back and forth between a passive label and the active reader-writer, to determine where the mistranslation is taking place. Any suggestions?

Chief,

I am unaware of anything that can do this, nor would I promote products that could intercept tag-to-reader communication.
