GS1 Brazil, in partnership with Inova Business School, is launching a course titled "Master 4th Industrial Revolution and Emerging Technologies," focused on the concept of Industry 4.0. According to the organizers, participants will come to know the impacts of the 4th Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) and the technologies that support decision making, management, strategy and innovation.

The course is aimed at professionals involved in change and with the transformations and impacts that Industry 4.0 are bringing to companies, businesses and markets. Registration, through the website www.inovabs.com.br, will run until September 10, 2018, and most classes will be taught at Alameda Santos 2441, on the 9th floor. The total duration will be 66 class hours, for an investment of 1,824 Brazilian real ($486).

In addition to face-to-face lessons, students will have access to course content through the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, the virtual-learning environment of Inova Business School, adopted by Harvard, Stanford and Yale. The platform can be accessed via computers (desktops or laptops), tablets or smartphones. The course is open and anyone can take part, says Inova Business School's Marcele Blanco, and has been sought by professionals already trained, as well as executives and leaders interested in understanding these new technologies.

"The course promises to be very practical and profound, so we bring together a number of teachers from various areas to bring all their experiences and experiences into the classroom," Marcele explains. "As there is a gap between classes, we will also receive students from other cities and states." Classes are scheduled to start on September 21.

The content of the coursework will include an introduction and framework for Industry 4.0, emerging trends, the new consumer and the user experience, and more. Other topics to be covered will include artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, cognitive computing, robotics, nanotechnology, cryptocurrency, virtual reality, augmented reality, the Internet of Things, smart grids, neural networks, database management, big data, analytics and other concepts.

Inova Business School was launched in 2013 with the mission of preparing visionary, bold and innovative professionals with an eye toward the future. The school also has a consulting division, Inova Consulting, in which teachers help develop projects in the fields of trend research, innovation culture, disruptive innovation and digital transformation.

GS1 Brazil, which fosters education, is partnering with Inova Business School in São Paulo. Responsible for supply chain identification standards such as the worldwide bar code, GS1 seeks to bring innovative solutions to the business community that improve efficiency, agility, capacity building, cost reduction and security for companies and individuals.
